Q: Can I have a sea view?
A: Yes. Apartments 1 & 5 have sea views.

Q: Am I Guaranteed parking?
A: Yes we have our own private car park to the rear of the property.

Q: Is bed linen provided?
A: Yes. All you need is personal towels and soap.

Q: Can I have a late key?
A: Yes of course. All guests get a front door and apartment keys (24 hour access).

Q: Do you accept stag, hen or single sex parties?
A: No. We only accept couples, families and OAP's.

Q: What time can we check in?
A: Normally 2pm, but if the apartment is ready before, you are welcome to check in early.

Q: How close is the Queens Promenade?
A: 3 doors away, the nearest tramstop is about 40 yards away.

Q: Do you supply irons, ironing boards, hair dryers or vacuum cleaners?
A: Yes. All of these are available.
